Even while preparing for university entrance exams, I couldn’t stop using it. Staring at the screen for hours—especially late at night—leaves me mentally drained. I never find the right moment to stop, so I just keep scrolling without purpose. This habit often leads to anxiety, depression, or lack of sleep, and I know it’s unhealthy. I want to change, but since smartphones are essential in today’s world, it’s hard to find the right balance. What I know about it so far I know that people of all ages—from children to adults—can struggle with social media addiction.
